the poly strong challenge

yesterday we did the poly strong challenge it talks in every language and it doesn"t matter what language you speak .the dancing  in the song there are every language when they dance and its in different languages. you can do it with i buddy or with 4 buddy or on your own. its just about dancing so you can move your body.

Crawling lady

The lady was crawling to finish line because see was exhaustion in the race. Because see was really trying and people where runing past her. She may have been really angry because she maybe she must of been 1st palce.

All blacks

Standing with mana makes the all blacks storng. They do a good pukana what sracs some people. The strenngth of a all blacks in the inside they can be really nice to other people.

Olympies weight

She wanted to be the strongest woman But her leg crumpled to the ground. The weight was to massive

For her to hold so she was screaming in agony. Her arms was in the wrong position

so she sodinof drop the weight. I don’t think she can ever lift the weight Because that was like 500 kgs and look how tiny she is for that many kgs.

chicken noodle soup

today we got to move our body again on a cold and rainy day. we needed chicken noodle soup to warm  up i made up this dance with my friends.
